Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Hussein Issa
Director of Governance, Public Administration and Institutional Reform Program
A Yemeni researcher specialising in public administration and governance. His research focuses on e-governance, administrative reform, human resource management, strategic planning, institutional development, and public administration, with particular emphasis on public-sector modernisation, institutional capacity building, enhancing the efficiency of government institutions, and producing knowledge that supports policy development and public administration in Yemen.
His professional experience includes working as an instructor at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in Cairo, where he chaired the Curriculum Modernisation and Development Committee. He has also taught at several Yemeni universities and held a number of leadership and advisory positions in both the public and private sectors. In addition, he has served as a Human Resources and Governance Consultant for several institutions and companies in Yemen and abroad.
He holds a PhD in Public Administration, specialising in E-Governance and Human Resource Development, as well as a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Sana’a University.
