Dr. Mohammed Fadhl Ali Mandouq
Director of Regional and International Studies Program
A Yemeni researcher specialising in international relations and foreign policy. His research focuses on international relations theories, middle-power politics, identity and foreign policy, regional security, and the Indo-Pacific region, with particular emphasis on Yemeni foreign policy, identity studies, geopolitical transformations, and producing research that contributes to understanding regional and international interactions.
His professional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Political Science at Sana’a University, in addition to contributing to the preparation of several peer-reviewed studies, research papers, and analytical articles addressing foreign policy, international relations, and issues related to Yemen and the Middle East.
He holds a PhD in Political Science from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies in Cairo, graduating with Excellent honours with Distinction. He also holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science.
