Al-Jaboub possesses professional expertise in economics, financial planning, and cost management, along with experience in building partnerships and institutional communication with European organizations and entities. He has also participated in developing several community and educational initiatives and contributed to expanding cooperation networks between Yemeni and European institutions, exploring funding opportunities and partnerships to support research and development projects.
Al-Jaboub holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in Banking and Finance, from Sana'a University, and a Master of Economics degree from Putra University Malaysia. He is currently enrolled in a PhD program in International Economics at Utrecht University in the Netherlands.
