The President of the Yemen and 
Gulf Studies Center met today with the Acting Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Yemen, Counselor Shao Cheng, in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

The two sides discussed the latest developments in Yemen and areas of joint cooperation in research and studies of mutual interest. They also explored ways to strengthen academic and cultural partnerships between the center and Chinese research institutions, contributing to a deeper mutual understanding of regional and international issues.

The meeting also addressed the repercussions of the ongoing conflict in Yemen and the prospects for peace, emphasizing the importance of enhancing efforts to achieve stability and development in Yemen and the region.
